Withdraw from a contract

A consumer in the European Union can usually withdraw from a purchase made online within 14 days, without giving a reason. Fill in this form and confirm. If the order number and the email address match a purchase, we email you an acknowledgement, normally within minutes, and a person answers within 14 days. If no acknowledgement arrives, write to us.

One exception covers every purchase on SkillCellar: a skill or a playbook is supplied at once, because at checkout you ask for that and acknowledge that you then lose the right of withdrawal (Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, art. 16 letter m). If you think your purchase was different, send the form all the same. The marketplace terms explain refunds.
