# Install all Claude Code skills (80)

You are Claude Code. Install the skills below, but FIRST follow these steps in order.

## Step 1 — Ask me the scope
Ask: "Install GLOBAL (~/.claude) or PROJECT (.claude/ in this repo)?" Wait for my answer.
- GLOBAL  -> skills dir ~/.claude/skills/ ; enable plugins in ~/.claude/settings.json
- PROJECT -> skills dir .claude/skills/  ; enable plugins in .claude/settings.json
Note: npx/pip skills install into the environment and are effectively global either way — say so.

## Step 2 — Check what is already installed (skip those)
- marketplace/plugin: list the marketplaces/plugins already registered in my Claude Code
  config and the enabled plugins; skip any whose source repo matches an entry below.
- npx-skills: check whether the CLI/binary is on PATH and its skill dir exists; skip if present.
- manual-copy: list the chosen-scope skills dir; skip any slug already there.
Build the set of MISSING skills before installing anything.

## Step 3 — Install only the missing skills, by method (honor the chosen scope)
- marketplace/plugin: run the `/plugin ...` command shown. For PROJECT scope, after adding the
  marketplace enable the plugin via .claude/settings.json (enabledPlugins) instead of globally.
- npx-skills: run the command in bash.
- manual-copy: copy SKILL.md into <scope skills dir>/<slug>/ — rewrite the ~/.claude/skills path
  to .claude/skills when PROJECT scope was chosen.

## Step 4 — Report
Summarize: already-present / installed-now / failed. Remind me to run /reload-plugins (or restart
Claude Code) so new plugins and skills load.
